| 8:30am - Depart for Boston, Massachusetts |
| 11:30am - Approximate arrival at Hynes Convention Center - Boston, Massachusetts |
| 1:35pm - Set-Up in performance room (to be announced) |
| 2:00pm - Torrington High School Jazz Ensemble I performance Class L3 |
| 6:00pm - Awards Ceremony |
| 7:00pm - Winners Showcase Concert - This will feature all the winning ensembles from each class |
| 9:00pm - Winner Showcase Concert ends |
| 9:30pm - Depart for THS |
| 12:30am - Approximate arrival back at THS |
